This workout is INTENSE. It is a Captain America inspired HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. HIIT workouts can really help you burn more calories and help with overall cardiovascular health. I designed a service called Hero Academy that is full of HIIT workouts because my desire is for you to start training like a superhero.
Today’s Workout:
6 rounds, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
Jumping Jacks
Burpees
Squats
Pushups
