Hey everyone! Hope you like this video! I actually filmed this at 1am and had to get up in 4.5 hours for work, so I apologize if I seemed a bit tired haha! Lol. Anyhow, there really isn’t a whole lot of information on the EXACT diet and workout regiment that Chris Evans utilized to attain his Captain America physique. If you have SPECIFIC INFO, feel free to let me know in the comments section below. Most of the stuff I found on the internet was mainly people on blogs and/or vlogs talking about a workout routine that they recommend in order to attain a physique like Chris Evans, but not the exact regiment that Chris followed.
Here’s some of the facts that I learned:
1. Chris Evans basically admits that there was no secret routine. It was basic weight lifting and eating.
2. He was filming a different movie in Boston when he started training for “Captain America.”
3. They sent him a trainer for London to help get him in shape while working in Boston.
4. He trained for a few hours each day when he wasn’t filming and did a lot of heavy weight lifting.
5. He ate ALL THE TIME. His diet was basically a bland diet with foods like chicken and rice. He admitted that eating all the time was a fairly uncomfortable feeling.
6. When he was on the set for “Captain America,” he would lift weights and do push-ups when he had down time so that he looked his best for the role.
