Currently training for the superhero physique! I’m 190 lbs and 10.5% body fat at 5’10. I need to lean down 3-5 lbs to reach 8-9% body fat and be in superhero condition. Fat free mass index is 24.5 (pretty much as high as it gets for a natural bodybuilder).

Lifts are as follows:

Bench – 300 lbs x 5
Chin ups – 120 lbs x 5
DB Shoulder Presses – 100 lbs x 5
Barbell Curls – 145 lbs x 5


Shoulders – 51.5″
Chest – 45″
Wasit – 32.5″
Arms – 16.5″
