Its almost Halloween and what better way to celebrate than with Captain America! We take on the Chris Evans diet and training he took on to become Captain America. The Captain America character has been such a huge staple in the Marvel world and one character I’ve definitely grown to become a huge fan of….mainly because of Chris Evans playing the character. I have an immense amount of respect for Chris Evans and his craft as an actor. We’ll go through 8 meals and 2 full workouts that helped him pack on the size he needed to take on the Captain America role.
