I Tried Kumail Nanjiani’s DIET & WORKOUT for 7 Days! | The Eternals Training Plan


I ate and trained like Kumail Nanijiani for one week. Kumail followed a strict diet and training regime to obtain the physique he has for the Eternals.

See below for a sample meal:

180g of lean protein (chicken breast, fish, steak)
250g of sweet potato = 50g of carbs
4oz of veggies
1/2 Avocado

See below for a sample workout plan:

EZ Bar Curls – 4 sets x 20,15,12,10 – increase in weight each set
Weighted Tricep Dips – 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Superset – 3 Sets x 8-12 Reps each
Tricep Extensions
Cable Curls
Seated Hammer Curls – 3 sets x 12-15 Reps
Close Grip Bench Press – 3 Sets x 8-10 reps
