But I’m not here to talk about me, today is about you… Especially that new and improve you that’s still trapped inside.

That’s why I’m here – To transform your body and allow you to enjoy the exciting and unbelievable life that come with that body. You know what I’m talking about!

Now let’s get to the serious stuff, the workout your going to want to do today – Listen, my workouts are no joke, my celebrity client’s careers depends on it. And if you have the same drive and demand that lean ripped body… then pay attention.

Here the workout and breakdown of how to complete it.

1. Jump squats
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Next start by doing a regular squat, then engage your core and jump up explosively. Then with one motion, lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep.
Do three to fours sets of 10 -15 reps and go at your pace. The key to do it right with proper form.

2. Mountain climbers
Start in the push up position, shoulders over hands and on just your toes then Alternately kick your right and left knee forward under your chest, with the toes just off the ground. Do three to fours sets of 10 -15 reps and go at your pace.
Do three to fours sets of 10 -15 reps and go at your pace. The key to do it right with proper form.

3. Pullups
Grasp pull up bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder width, with your palms facing away from you. Hang free from the bar, arms stretched out above you. Bend at the knees if there is not enough clearance below you.
Now if you can not do a pull up yet – find a bar that is short in height. (This way you can have your feet on the ground.) Having your feet on the ground will allow you to use your legs to help assist you up. And as you become stronger through training, start lessening the assistance given form you legs.
Do your best to achieve 3 sets of 7 reps.

4. Crunches
Lay on your back with your knees bent and put your fingertips on the back of your head. (Do not use your hand to help lift you up – That’s cheating and can cause unnecessary neck injuries). Using your core – lift your stomach up 45 degrees from your thighs and squeeze/contract your abs for a second). Lower back down for one rep.
Do three to fours sets of 10 -15 reps and go at your pace. The key to do it right with proper form.

5. Super situps
The exact same movement as the crunch except that you will need to hold on to a jug or water or some sort of weight as you sit up for resistance.
Do three to fours sets of 10 -15 reps and make sure your are

Alright guys, you don’t need equipment… maybe just a bar to pull up on. (Or Substitute with a broomstick on top of two chairs.)
