In this series I will take you through his official workout that he did for the movie The Wolverine. I couldn’t find too much information on what he did to prepare for the role in Logan so decided to give this older routine a try. And let me tell you first…. It’s a little different, but very intense! This first video will start off with Week 1, Day 1. I will only be covering the first week in these videos because of only a few subtle differences which I will still explain.
