You probably know that I love superheros, and one of my really first comic was a Captain America issue.
Cap not exactly has a super power, he’s more like the perfect human.
The form that some of the best athletes with serious training and drugs (don’t do drugs!) could achieve.
Okay, this maybe a bit of a stretch, but still, Cap’s best abilities are the problem solving, his military background, and situation awareness.

4 Sets of 12 Reps
Plate Wood Chopper 10 Reps Each Side
Plate Back Lunge Swing 10 Reps Each Side
Plate Squat Flip 20 Reps
Plate Kneeling Press 1 Minute Each Knee
This might doesn’t seem much, but after a good warm-up and build up sets for the power moves will take long. Use the heaviest weights possible, do each exercise for both sides with the described sets and reps.
