Today I did Weight Training and Boxing Training like Adonis Creed(Michael B.Jordan) Workout consists of dumbbell row, pullups, bent over row, dumbbell curls, barbell curls and hammer curls. Each Workout is made up of 3 sets and 12 reps. Then I jumped into Michael B. Jordans boxing training in preperation for Creed. Consisting of Burpees, Squat Jumps, Skipping Rope, Heavy Bag work, Pushups, Situps and Shadow Boxing!
